A gentle reminder that NO ONE is allowed to tell you what you can wear. You’re a fat girl who likes leggings? Fantastic! You like mixing prints? Do it up! You like crop tops? Awesome! You like to dress modestly? You do that! You do not have to dress “for your size” or in “flattering” clothes. You don’t have to wear specific colors or patterns or silhouettes. You should wear what catches YOUR eye, makes YOU feel great, and you know what? Fuck what ANYONE else may think. Also relevant: you’re TOTALLY entitled to not like what someone else is wearing. but while you’re welcome to your opinion, remember that it’s just that: a) yours, and b) an opinion! Making fun of someone for what they choose to wear is 100% NEVER COOL! Hey, this is relevant because today’s challenge for #fmsphotoaday #fmsphotoadaymay is #shape. There’s so many different shapes and sizes of bodies, and they’re all super awesome!
Well I decided to grow some balls this morning and post pics of what my body looks like now. Say what you want, positive or negative, just a friendly reminder that the energy you put out comes back to u not me :) Will post pics of my success…
Stay safe, I wish you luck. I think you look great right now. No need to grow any balls. x
I know there is minimal change between the last two photos, I’m still super proud though because I know what I’ve achieved between those last two pictures! My butt is smaller, my back is smoother, my arms and legs are shit tons stronger. All my lifts are bigger and better and I’m SO HAPPY.
My obsession with eating and my weight and the guilt is starting to dissipate and I feel now like this is the life I’ll be living forever, it’s not a chore. My achievement isn’t tied to a number on the scales anymore, it’s how I feel and my performance in my sport and that is an AMAZING feeling. My body will only continue to change, shape and mould because I know I’m living a healthier life.
What a relief.
The best bit is that you’re smiling in the last photo, and that it’s helped you in your sport.
